I love this game BUT, it keeps locking up and I have to keep uninstalling and then reinstall the app. I think I am going to give up cuz it just keeps happening! Too bad its a great and very addictive!

Very cute game. I was enjoying it, even spent a little money. But after I was asked to review this and I went to do it, it started crashing everytime I tried to open it. I started my iPad 3 times. I reinstalled the game a few times and it still crashes. Im not playing this again until you fix these bugs!! Im so disappointed.

I really loved his game but I have been waiting FOREVER for level 6 to unlock...I have played all the levels and now I am just replaying the same levels...Getting ready to delete...

I agree with I love it. The game gets too hard.cant win without money.it has started crashing on me after a couple of gates.I just spent 5.dollarsand the game froze again when I wanted to pick a power up. YOU OWE ME $5.00

I played this for a long time enjoying it, then (much like Fairway Solitaire) with every update it became more and more difficult to advance. Im deleting this game for good - after spending about 20 bucks on this FREE game. Seriously Big Fish how greedy do you need to be at this point?

Have been playing for long time. Have spent to much money on jades to level up. To then find out it only goes to 250. And read on their Facebook page they the will NOT be moving the game levels up. They are working on a whole new different game. But yet not this one. Sad hope this helps someone save money an time.

7/14/15 update: constantly freezing, and my boosts disappear without my using them. I lost ten +2s while playing a level yesterday even though I never tapped the button -- I had 3 drops left at the end so I obviously didnt need them. No fun anymore with all the problems. (Previous review: Fantastic game. Never need to spend real money or bother friends for lives to play! Highly recommend.) But I just earned "+999 gems" and nothing appears to have been awarded. What were the "gems" (not jade) supposed to have been?)

I love this game but when is it going to be updated? Have been waiting for s long time and the worlds are still under construction. Also, other gamers are correct: cannot get through a game without spending money. And I cannot finish level 169 because it never gives you the pairs needed to clear the board. Very frustrating!!

Come on. Get it together and do an update! Beta is NO excuse after almost TWO years! You are not trying to keep your followers with such poor attention to your game! Love the game. Love to play the game. Would love to play BUT it keeps crashing! No excuses about it being only Beta version. This is old after more than a year! Fun to play but I dont like that ?I have to be connected. In our life we are places without internet. It is a bummer that I have to go days sometimes without playing! ! Would like to see a better version. Still "Beta version" is your ONLY excuse for the game crashing? That excuse is getting old after more than a year! Needs work!

This game was terrific for a long time and suddenly it wont open even if deleted and reloaded. There is NO support as the support section just tries to load forever. Dont load this game. Its broke.

Fun to play. No new boards to play, I have played all the way to the top. Please add new levels. And update. So I can enjoy the game again. Thank you.

Im done with the levels. Im still collecting jades. I have over 6500 jades but nowhere to use them. Is there going to be a new level or should I give up? Days go by... No clue about new levels. Are you guys still living? Should I notify the cops that Im worried about the health and safety of all of you?

I really like this game also but Im having the same problems as most other people. Game keeps shutting down is the most frustrating. The other frustrating problem as other people have said, is u cant make the special matches because they matches just arent on the playing board. Please, go over your program and correct some of the glitches before you lose people who are really interested. Remember "Big Fish" there is a lot of competition out there.

What happened to the normal holiday update this year? This is a great twist on mah-jongg, but I was very disappointed that the holidays were not included this year :-(

Love this game! I have not had to spend money (just be persistent folks!). But, need more levels! Im collecting jade, but no more levels. Is this it or will there be updates soon?

Like everyone else I love the game but now that Im done with world 5 I guess I have to be done with the game because you wont update! Dont leave us hanging!!

Fun game but needs new levels. I agree that we need to call for a wellness check to see if yall are still alive...

I really like this game, but it does freeze up. I tried everything I could think of to open it up. Finally I totally shut my iPad down. When you reboot the apple icon will appear. I signed on and opened game. It worked fine after that. I hope this will help.
